Lotus Cafe serves some of the best food you can find. I have eaten their food for years. Until this year, I have never tried their Crispy Chicken Scallion. The Crispy Chicken Scallion is one of the best Chinese meals I have had (maybe the best outside of my favorite Chinese restaurant in NYC).
